Church of St Gwendoline, Talgarth

This lovely church is one of two in the area dedicated to St Gwendoline, eleventh daughter of Brychan. The other is at Llyswen.

Dating from around the 14th century, the church is believed to have been built on a former enclosure once used by the earliest inhabitants of Talgarth in the age of the Celtic Saints.
