Absolute Adventure is a converted barn in the western area of the National Park, that has been an outdoor activity centre for over 40 years. It has undergone extensive modification over the past few years. There are 9 bedrooms that sleep between 2 and 6 people in a mix of both single and bunk beds. The large dining room can seat 40 + people, along with seating area around the wood burner. There is also a separate lounge, large hallways and a very efficient drying room. There is a large kitchen fitted out to commercial catering standards that is for groups use or catering can be arranged.

Attached to the main centre there is an apartment that sleeps an additional 4 people and has it's own shower and cooking facilities (popular with group leaders). The bunkhouse is set in 8 acres of private ground, so there is plenty of outside space for groups use and for camping.
